Membership Types
COR3 offers monthly unlimited memberships, fixed-term memberships, class packs, personal training packages, trial passes, and promotional memberships.

Billing & Renewal
Memberships may auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the billing date. Members are responsible for ensuring valid payment details.

Cancellation
Members may cancel by providing written notice at least fourteen (14) days before the next billing cycle. Early termination of fixed-term memberships may incur administrative fees.

Freeze Policy
Memberships may be frozen for medical or serious health reasons, or other reasonable grounds, subject to prior approval by COR3 management. The duration and terms of any freeze shall be mutually agreed upon between COR3 and the Member on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administrative fee. 

Membership Transfer
A Member may request a one-time transfer of their active membership to another individual due to relocation, overseas work, medical reasons, or other valid circumstances approved by COR3. All transfer requests are subject to management approval, eligibility of the transferee, and may be subject to an administrative fee. The transferred membership shall continue under the original terms, type, and expiry date.

Booking & Attendance
Members must book classes in advance within the permitted booking window and may only attend sessions allowed under their membership type and access hours. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties, deduction of session credits, or restriction of booking privileges at COR3’s discretion

Health Acknowledgement
Members acknowledge that participation in fitness training and physical exercise involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or other adverse health events.

Personal Belongings
Members are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings while on COR3 premises. COR3  shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, Members assume full responsibility for any personal property brought into the facility.

Amendments
COR3 may update membership policies with reasonable notice communicated via email, website, or in-gym announcement.
