What does a training session look like? Do I need to prepare anything?
Every session is coach-led and easy to follow.
A typical class includes:

– Strength or skill work
- Main workout
- Cool down
Just show up with workout clothes and water — we’ll guide you through the rest.
Hot shower facilities are available for your convenience.
